As new apartments were popping up, a new bar has been added, a coworking space and our Airbnb and wedding venue was right there.

The unique appeal of this property is that it has some equestrian amenities and is located within thirty minutes of two of the largest show venues in the country.

Hi Carlos, Of all the venues available to you, may I ask why you chose to start with wholesaling?

If you have a an older building in an area along a proposed municipal venue, why not ask to get the property rezoned to a higher and best use?

By the time we get it hooked up and make some modifications, we expect to be all in for about $32K.We’ve opened a new wedding venue and plan to use the new house (about 400 sq. ft.) as the bridal cottage, but we’ll AirBnB it when there are no weddings.
