I no longer pursue deals if either myself or my wife/business partner are uneasy about.

Also, since I have never requested that my loan officer reach out I'm left a bit uneasy as to the extent of information is being shared.

However, I'm feeling a bit uneasy with buying older buildings (where most of the value assets fall into) without having some knowledge of how to evaluate the structure.

I don't know anything about it but looking at the mess in the bowels of the building I felt a little uneasy as it looked like a tremendous job to do.
