True, there is tax court if they go against you, but for the most part that's not a realistic alternative.

That's simply not true.

This is the only way we've found that LPs can feel safe enough to share their true experiences - good, bad, and ugly. 

This would probably allow me to qualify for the FHA loan if this is true since the giant loss is throwing off my DTI. 

They tell you tha you  will get personal coaching with the best coaches, not true, mediocre at best and you only see them in Zoom calls.
