After some travel over the past few years, I find myself back in Boston with a job that could shape up to be pretty okay in the long run. 

Both could be vacationers or business travelers or anything else.No matter what you quantify your STR is, you need to fully furnish it well, have plenty of amenities etc etc.

I haven't heard anyone getting less than $47k/unit and I am pretty confident mine was going to be well over $100k.

I have decent confidence in my underwriting.  

Present it confidently; if they accept, great.

I do occasionally post about it on some of the social media sites for travel nurses, such as Travel Nurse Gypsy Housing for example. 

It sure about VRBO as I haven’t travelled using them.

It amazes me how much random transient travel it gets(bowling tournaments, pawn shop remodels, manufacturing employees, traveling photographers, etc). 

We are looking to wholesale outside of our chosen market to help build capital for projects within our chosen market (Louisiana) as I have potential deals in other markets and am not confident in how to proceed with them contractually, (don't want to be stuck with a bill I can't handle currently and also want to ensure I'm operating correctly).
