We are not real estate professionals.1) How would you handle the classification of the property in the 2023 tax year and would you utilize a STR depreciation strategy?

As others hinted 20K does not leave you a lot of room and would narrow down what strategy you can use.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

Spend at least 2 hours per day researching online about your desired investment strategies.

It is most important that you have a clear understanding of the type property and the strategy you want to use (FLIP, LONG TERM BUY AND HOLD, STR, MTR).  

Over the years, I’ve learned that offering tiered returns can be a win-win strategy—it rewards investors for their level of commitment while helping us maintain flexibility in our business.
