Companies invest heavily into training because its actually relatively cheap.

You will need to decide if you want a shop that has a lot of training, or if you want a small boutique shop, or even a flat fee brokerage. 

I believe the person that approved the plans has more training related to architecture than the inspector.  

Small yearly increases train tenants with what to expect which reduces stress and allows them to plan ahead for lease renewal time. 4.

Does anyone happen to know if there is anyone that can help or at least guide me to a person, place or thing lol that would have reputable training.

Filled with if this then that scenarios and I can have someone who has never wanted to buy a house buy houses after 4 hours of training  absolutely use direct mail however not too soon.  

Its hard at first, you want to please, but you need to know when you do give in, you are training your tenant on how to work with you.  

These might be covered in the Bootcamp training but most people will never take that path.
