I did a test to see interest at $3,000 that got some good candidates, but didn't take them through the whole qualification process because it's not ready to rent yet. 

So, he already had people & processes in place when he moved back to California and continued to DIY manage his rentals.- It's also interesting that he doesn't want to DIY manage anymore.

Hey Adam keep grinding - it sure does take a village but each property you get the more you'll make and the faster the process goes. 

We've provided this proof MANY times and had cases dismissed against our clients.Your PMC could have handled this better, but since you took over the process, you probably have no case against them.

Any advice or insights into the process would be greatly appreciated.
