I usually work in the northern suburbs and I almost always replace the tub/tub shower combo with a nice, tiled shower with a frameless glass enclosure.

And now that I've been sent the citation they have the power to insist that I upgrade by building an enclosure for the dumpster as well (new code).

It is definitely not 100% horizontal, and the porch doors don't fully line with their enclosure.

I am looking for a plumber to replace a small shower enclosure and 2 additional projects depending.....

They flagged us when we ordered a roll-off dumpster and so it couldn't be sold.Got the enclosure permitted and we were ready to close when it caught on fire ahaha!

Custom lit dashboard (check engine light constantly on), rusting rocker panel, paint splattered bed interior, busted a/c, blower fan only works after smacking the glove box, dented tailgate, radio volume that turns down everytime you take a hard left (have not figured that one out yet).

I do have a fence up for the area that is near the outdoor patio but the property is over an acre and thru the woods so a full privacy fence enclosure would be cost and logistically prohibitive and it wouldn't stop noise, which is the main problem--even though there are acres surrounding the properties.I did ask both tenants more than once to report incidents but neither one of them wanted to deal with it and just opted to leave. 

This includes any animal that is not always restricted to its cage, terrarium or similar enclosure. 

Should be fun being at the tailgate parties and seeing peeps getting hammered.
