I'm feeling the delays I've imposed on myself in my RE investing, so I'm trying to correct my trajectory to get back on course ASAP.You may not realize it, but you just stated your goals.Number of properties, no matter how you arrive at a number, is never a goal. 

Are they projected or realized? 

Half the time they may not even realize they are acting as the GC and have that added responsibility or what that entails.

Batch is good for built in ad ons.I’ve come to realize neither program is going to be perfect.

But then i ran numbers and realized that at current rates i have to pay 4300 (3300 Mortgage, 1000 Prop taxes ,900 HOA) . 

It's sad to see so many of these threads after looking through BP today, but it was totally expected based on the insanely low rates a couple of years ago and realizing how commercial lending works.It's a bummer, but there's no such thing as passive investing and there's no alternative to digging into a situation and understanding it for yourself.

.: Cannot go back…but here are some things I wished I had known about sooner.I wished I had realized I could have gotten bank lending even without a regular W2 job.Understood DSCR better sooner.I wish there was a couple of houses I had not bought.There are some houses I wish I had not sold.Just all basic stuff that a person can’t go back in time machine and change.As time goes on, I probably would update this list several years out.

People don't realize the amount of wealth that is flowing to Miami.

First, many move on from their cash flow properties quickly when they realize they aren't in fact the cash cow they believed they were buying.

I've had a hard time coming to that realization, it's a home with sentimental value that we figured we'd keep forever to give to our kids, but that's the parent in me.
