I have worked with many women and others over the years with mental health issues, and know that it takes a lot of work to find the balance of medications that will truly help, and not just mask symptoms by getting people loaded.

It is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability.

If you can get to the pipe fairly easily it's best to fix the problem instead of the symptoms, but if not I prefer the foaming stuff over the other.
