Hey @Marc Shin, I agree with those that have said to scour the sites for quality USA made furniture.We have a mix of Basset and La-Z-Boy furniture and it still looks great after 7 years.

I went to the Rich Dad free seminar here in Paris, led by a man named Steve Sweet who spent his introduction bragging about living in Marseille, holding a British passport, and calling us LIARS when we didn't raise our hands to say that we could live comfortably on 10k a month.

I think the "sweet spot" is going to be getting in early, right as the "pain" is first being released and as all the big $ starts doing acquisitions.
