Unfortunately, Loves Park has just changed hotel definition to include STR in attempt to eliminate STR.

I loved the mirror hotel idea, however I don't want the very exotic birds on the land flying into a fixture like that.

Now they only way is to receive a commissioner's adjustment or you have to apply for a hotel operators license 

When I travel, whether hotel or airbnb I want a tv.

Matt, according to my attorney a major rehab dictates that you put up your tenant in hotel etc., or if they move out you have to offer it back to them at the same rent rate as before.

SLC only has one major hotel under construction and not a large inventory of nightly rentals as it stands. 

Here in Orlando, we definitely advise investors to proceed with caution, simply because smaller condos compete directly with hotel rooms.

I did manage hotels for ~7 years, and have some experience with Airbnb currently.We are unable to place the new building into an LLC due to the mortgage conditions, so we are instead going to put it in a trust.

They basically operate like a hotel.
