I know in my projects, there are times where I will have 5-8 trucks/vans in driveway on street during certain phases.

Is it on a main road or side street?  

Create columns for Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip and then contact info: Last Contact, Relationship, Status, Email & Phone.IMPORTANT: do NOT ask people for THEIR business, ask for referrals!

This is why my first property is literally down the street from me and my contractor lives local and known him for years.  

Two or three years ago we had a storm that shut the entire season down and caused significant damage to people's property and streets.    

Hide you money, drugs and valuables off site.If you do your own opens, do it for a couple of weekends.Once you have someone interested, you fill out a purchase & sale agreement, collect an EMD, open escrow, order title, verify ability to close with the buyer's lender.

The VA is moving to the shared housing model for their veterans to get them off the street.

It’s not logical to move without a job, but it’s also not logical to pay 25k up front unless they are a drug dealer.
