I’d recommend starting by connecting with local investor groups and networking with other professionals in the area.Also, seek out teams that are actively investing and managing properties on the ground.

Curious because my son is an agent but is not active.

I am not sure how active his company Open Door is on BP.

One other thing that people in their 60s can consider is - if you are planning on taking Social Security and making passive income part of what you live on, rental income may not count as income against your Social Security benefits.

I did notice end of 2024 to be more active and January to continue that streak compared to 2023 and start of 2024.

People voting on that are either crazy or stupid ...And that totally incorrect post on this thread STILL gets upvoted, and STILL has the most upvotes.And people wonder why I am less active on BP ...
