Hi Megha,Generally speaking, our capital partners are okay with cabin-style homes in the Smoky Moutain region used as STR/LTRs, but we would need to see the property to get a better idea of whether it is a match for us and our partners.

Value being in an area where homes are selling fast, appreciating in value, and the comps in the neighborhood match your "magic number", what youre looking to sell property for one day or rental amount. 

Can you match it?

Think of it this way: if we were to screen tenants on criminal background, credit, eviction history, landlord references, and income (3X that of rent and employee verified), even with 25 tenant applications, it's difficult to find a reliable tenant to match all those criteria.

So the excitement might not match the ROI.
