This means there is upwards of a 10 minute drive to reach some of the "A" locations in the neighborhood when traveling from  the "C" areas.

I would look for other types of travelers in addition to traveling medical professionals.

From my observation/experience, Berryessa and Piedmont Hills areas are more family-oriented, so the demand there is generally for primary residences, renters, or travelers visiting families.
