This simply means you have language in your lease that states the landlord is responsible for paying utilities up to a certain $ amount (let's say $100 for the sake of argument).

I don' think anyone is suggesting that simply managing these 9 properties is enough.

I think the best thing would be to knock out the line of credit mainly because I’ve been putting a lot of time into getting my business up and running, BUT if I could knock out the renovating before March that would be a HUGE win.

Its not work its simply how I live my life and I just happen to make money doing it..
