NEVER buy a property without a thorough inspection by a great inspector that you select and pay for.

So, it ends up being a win-win situation for him.I believe, as I stated it before, that if you select the property and negotiate its price as if you were the investor to part with your hard earned money to own it, then your deals should be good enough to sell themselves.

Hey @Marc Shin, you could go either way but a single feed would be fine.When folks select the network they just choose not to share on a public network.I might look at the TP-Link mesh units.

@Jim PfeiferI think those of us that have made the mistake see the importance of a good sponsor, but also taking into consideration our investor goals.Passive investors NEED to learn the business of investing in real estate, and have to approach it as if they would be managing the deal themselves actively.That means there needs to be work done on the front end, like underwriting, selecting a market, understanding buy right criteria, etc.You can't just focus on a good sponsor, and pray things work out.  

So, there's a lot that goes into project selection. 

I’ve updated my listing to remove the reference to the fee and selected the paid parking amenity but I’m not convinced that they won’t delist my properties in the next 7 days.

I selected Tampa Fl just for reference, but I am open to areas north and south of Tampa. 

If there are comps with the same floor plan those will usually be selected first.  

The biggest thing though is wherever you invest you hand select a great team to help you get started from a great realtor, contractor, property manager, and attorney
