Is it worth it to hire 24hr security guards to scour the gate to keep this guy out?

Morning Team,I am a military member who has a small portfolio of homes and after joining the site i have really been scouring a few markets im comfortable with for that perfect multi-family.

I know I'll probably need to do some continuing ed and pay some fees, but my goal is to move back into real estate at some point and also use the license for scouring the MLS.I was wondering how folks go about doing this?

As I scour Southern Cal for my next rehab opportunity, it is good to see the different examples of deals done.

Now everybody and their monkey are scouring the MLS for deals.

And he will be scouring deals and trying to make one happen.  

Ideally, I'd like to talk with someone experienced, maybe go drive for dollars or scour Craigslist, find them a few properties, and give them that information.

A little reward might be in order but top priority is scouring for another Buy High sell Low opportunity (Cap Rate)Cheers!

I will be scouring deals from now until next summer (2021) to get used to running the numbers so when a good comes along i'll know it quickly and can react fast.   

I would have him scour local properties using Deal Machine, Batch Leads, MLS, etc. and see what type of distressed properties he can find for you to invest in and have him "run the show" for you behind the scenes.
