I’m looking to purchase a multifamily property, single-family home, or condo/townhouse near SMU, where my daughter attends school.

The 2nd just told me she couldn’t afford it because was taking care of her father and going to school.

But the bigger issue is the nonresidents (or a 2nd house) have to pay all the school tax!

Great neighborhood, great school district, big house, rehab done very nicely (may be biased) working with a very reputable well known agent and it’s been sitting on market now for 40 days even with a price drop.
