The problem with the little houses is they are not scalable and you are probably looking at multiple management companies.Depending on how hands off you want to be you could look at apartment buildings 50 to 150 units or triple net properties ( the corporate tenant pay all expenses with the property including taxes and insurance).

@Khadijah Celestine Personally, I would be more inclined to invest that money into multifamily properties because of the larger scale efficiency, scalability, cash flow, and equity build up potential.

Most folks just would not comment.. and move on.. the fact that these folks who are a slice of the investing public have come on BP and made these observations.. then we are just skimming the surface.. in my humble opinion it simply is not scalable and these folks will be like most others in the space.. long gone and their investors left to hold the bag..
