First step - get two roommates to rent out the bedrooms that you are not occupying.

One is strictly STR (under 30 days), one is LTR, and one we renovated, and is now a STR but will be a LTR for our in-college child with three roommates - we have signed leases and will provide it furnished.

If you add additional bedrooms, I would also consider the bedroom-to-bathroom ratio so you don't have too many roommates needing to share a bathroom.

Yesterday, I called the hospital, another hospital near his university, and some other nearby hospitals just in case, and they said they had no one with his name in the record.His roommate also brought up some concerns that he hasn't been in the house for the past couple of days and was asking me to do a wellness check, which I am doing today. 

I bought the nicest house I could, and I have three other roommates who haven't been late on rent for 10 months now.
