Brattleboro has a hospital as well as The Retreat, which is an in-patient hospital for mental health.

We held an investor retreat last August at one of our properties there.

I'm assuming your successful one is the ranch style place with the retreat/getaway experience.Have you thought about having a strong STR PM consult on the other one- or selling it?

Want to stay  away from Disney ect. the rental property I am interested in hopefully can turn into a legacy providing a secondary income to our children along with a vacation retreat.
