Seller financed (probably) won't be reported to the credit bureaus and so won't impact your credit score at all.

What you can do is get a report what the properties were listed for, on the MLS and take a guess.

It's your books to report how you want, and to me it's not not illegal at all to do what you are doing.

The felony was as recent as 2020 so I am not sure how Zillow report did not show that but anyway.
