If the property has had more then one flood or a loss that was over $50K - $100K paid in the claim that the government might put it on the Severe Repetitive Loss list which is not a good thing.I would also see if there are new flood building codes that you need to be aware of.

You wan't to be the last one standing when other investors gave up on them and by sending mails to the same list repetitively is helping you to create a brand value and trust for yourself to the home seller.

First, it simply helps me expand my knowledge on the topic, and as you read/listen specific pieces multiple times you can start to identify what the "core" identity of that topic is simply through repetition.

Maybe if you took the tack of others that are in the business and just came out and said Hey I am a marketing agent I post on BP for one reason and that is to get clients so I can sell you properties so I can make commissions that I may make legally or not legally,, that would be nice Just LIke Karen Margrave suggested your posting is very sly in its approach and many that I have talked to have commented when they see your posts they just jump over them because they are repetitive and give no real benefit.Any way I like your tag line Hipster , Pilot , Gogo dancer...

In regards to a little of this hyper confusion, HUD responded with clarification to the rule: "An individual required to be licensed under the SAFE Act is an individual who is engaged in the ‘‘business of a loan originator’’; that is, an individual who acts as a residential mortgage loan originator with respect to financing that is provided in a commercial context and with some degree of habitualness or repetition."
