I like smooth Jazz.My favorite is Kenny G... ( I LOVE him), others in my collection are Stanley Clark, Goerge Duke, Wynton Marsalis, Stanley Jordan, Spyro Gyra, Najee.I have not been able to attend any Caribbean Jazz festivals recently, but its about time I scheduled that into my busy life again.

I always envision myself updating it religiously and modifying it as I go forward, and making sure that all my key partners receive regular versions....and ....then....I.....kinda.....peter.....out.Suggestions and examples of how you use your plan and times when it has proved beneficial for all the work you put into it would be motivating, educational and very much appreciated!!

Crazy as it seems, sellers in emotional distress and denial over whizzing away their parent's legacy would much rather whiz it away to a local agent who is deeply embedded in their community, who works the soft-serve at church festivals and reads off the bingo numbers at the VFW hall and brings some of his homemade kielbasi to the volunteer firemen's BBQ benefit.Do not discount your local agents who have been eating rubber chicken to pass the card at Rotary events for the last twenty years.

From Treas Reg §1.121-1(b)(2):...In addition to the taxpayer's use of the property, relevant factors in determining a taxpayer's principal residence, include, but are not limited to—(i) The taxpayer's place of employment;(ii) The principal place of abode of the taxpayer's family members; [Empasis Added](iii) The address listed on the taxpayer's federal and state tax returns, driver's license, automobile registration, and voter registration card;(iv) The taxpayer's mailing address for bills and correspondence;(v) The location of the taxpayer's banks; and(vi) The location of religious organizations and recreational clubs with which the taxpayer is affiliated.Always good to work with your CPA on strategies such as this.

Here's one article or you can google and find some other articles about it too, if you'd like, but it seems that the Hasidics are taking over the school district boards and diverting a lot of the funding for religious schools, which is hurting the regular public schools' funding.
