The cities with the most relaxed building guidelines would generally have more affordable rents.

I would imagine Utah is a little more relaxed. 

@Jimmy JeffersonIt's fine to accept rent as a 1 time payment, but do not use this as a reason to relax your rental requirements.

I am now learning to relax a little and understand everything has a process.  

Then go for a walk, a drive, whatever you do to relax.

We were looking for a place to get away and relax and of course what better place could there be then one of your flip houses that is vacant but already fixed up and staged to sell?
