Seems like property management is scarce in Dothan, I'm actually looking into the Dothan area right now and not finding any property managements for multifamily units.If you guys have any referrals, would definitely be interested in connecting!

Ryan,I tend to get some some referrals every month from Canada that ask about DSCR they are usually looking to buy Vegas and Arizona. 

You want to create continuous referral sources.

My value to her was getting my dad as a referral to close a property with her. 

@Courtney HamiltonRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.
