Good afternoon everyone, I am must likely new on bigger pockets and I would love to hear some recommendations on how to find off market multifamily properties.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I think you bring up a good point of considering offering higher returns to investors if I have to begin to search outside of my network.But my original question from the post still remains, where would you recommend I search for people interested in an opportunity like this?

My realtor recommended SDIRA Wealth, a company known for its high-volume new builds every year.

If you can find an investment that pays for itself, you won't be so nervous about investing.I also recommend you educate yourself on how to manage well.

Just be transparent with the sellers that you are licensed and for good grace recommend they use a realtor on their end, although not necessary. 

I highly recommend them to handle all the business structuring.
