I do believe we are superior though, just the market and economy are definitely wider than what's advertised. 

We don't allow any "deal-making" in the forums, which includes advertising your services or properties, looking for partners, etc.

Real demand vs advertised demand is wider than folks are giving credit for. 

@Grayson Chao look up WAREI on Facebook as that is a big active group of local investors and a number of meetups get advertised there. 

@Rajagopalarao PaidiRecognize time is also money if you are financing it and I have found without an agent will take longer to sell.Also are you local where you could manage all the showings, advertising etc?

Via the posting of well defined (defined within the state property code) notices which must be publicised within certain publications/online.In MI the specific Document which must be published is called Notice of Foreclosure by Advertisement.

But unless they advertise the seller finance (and be careful as most are really bad deals), then you'll need to talk them into it.

They are a fraction of the price of those who advertise online.

Many people recognized their scam and left, but I feel like I should say something so that people who read this post doesn't end up in the same situation.What's ironic was although they stressed the importance of financial education in the beginning, they later pretty much told the audience "join the program, you'll have all the mentor, resource, and power team, and you can make money in real estate without really knowing anything and using other people's money".
