I signed up for F&G (Fund &Grow) and I had an amazing experience that didn’t result in much funding due to personal reasons I’ll explain later but let me start at the beginning so like u all I’ve been doing research on F&G and I fell in the love with using business cc to find my real estate projects my only concern was cashing out but after seeking advice on the best ways to do that I also got a solution o planned to use for that too which will also come later I spoke to a rep in March of 2017 but didn’t pull the trigger until August 2018...first if you have any cc that has not been seasoned for 6 or more months they will tell u to wait the 6 months seasoning period which I was not informed about until after I paid the $3500 fee for myself and husband to get funded however they knew I’d have to wait that time out prior cause they had a copy of my credit report prior to me paying I started with them at 760 therefor I couldn’t start the funding process until December My husband had 5 ccreporting on his personalcredit report no business credit his score was 740  two he had got about 7 months in his name credit limit of $1k on one and $3k on the other he then was an authorized  user on the other 3 cards highest balance card being $8750.

TLDR is I got laid off and my financing fell through because of it.

I started my investing journey in 2021, fell in love with real estate but had a few struggles because I just jumped in not knowing too much.

When I was first introduced to it in 2018 I fell in love with the idea of investing and have not looked back.

When I read about the "listing" contracts offered to the original sellers in Missouri who started the lawsuit I about fell off my chair - I would sue too!

If I ever needed the money I could withdraw it tax free, but it literally would not affect me if the value fell 20-30-40% if the income remained  (ps  I’ve been  invested in Vegas since 1999.

Hi K,It would be a good idea to first research more on the property - whether the property had fell out of contract, what the pricing history has been, what the neighborhood looks like, whether it is overpriced, etc.

Helped me out of a jam where I had a renter ready to start in Feb and the deal fell thru last minute.

If you don't know who they are you can't approach them to clear the cloud, but a quiet title settles things all in one fell swoop.

So, any personal injury lawsuits will be covered by either option above, but the owner will be ultimately liable.Here's another real-life example: tenant hires personal injury attorney (+95% of tenants don't have funds to hire an attorney any other way) because the front steps handrail, that passed city inspection, failed to support them when they slipped and fell.
