The individual can verify that it is a licensed health care provider, but cannot easily determine if that health care provider is one of the many that advertise on the internet for ESA authorizations for a fee.I personally think the biggest advantage of using petscreening.com as well as enforce AB468 is it discourages bogus ESA applicants from applying.

I suggest going the extra mile by providing access to these services yourself, and you could even advertise features like $5 movie rentals on Prime Video to create additional value for your guests.Hope that helps, and good luck with your investment in Cancun!

I don't have experience with renting to a sober living company, but I assume that they make a killing.These sober living and assisted living facilities are always showing up on Loopnet advertised at a cap rate of anywhere from 8-25% (not exaggerating... there are several in my area right now with a ~20% advertised cap rate)With returns like this, I can only assume that these types of properties are very high maintenance and labor intensive.You're not looking to be the business manager though, you are just looking to be the landlord who leases to the company who runs one of these lucrative operations.

Not sure when closing is, but you could ask the seller for permission to advertise the units now and hopefully allow for rental showings to try to get new tenants lined up with leases to be signed with you right after closing.
