I'm pondering questions to include on my pre-filter email.However, the first three responses that I've gotten are all groups of people, rather than just a family. 

I'm not planning to, just was pondering the possibility of tearing one down and building a brand new nicer one that would fetch a high price per sqft in this particular community.

It seems as if that is a specific question with a specific agenda so we just ponder it.

I've pondered this investment for 3 or so years now, in fact one of the condos was avail in 2012 and when I called to write the check/submit my purchase contract, someone had beat me by an hour or so and lost out.Cliffs notes version - some years back a group bought several of a cities dilapidated office buildings, convinced the city to give them loans, some were in the form of specials, etc - completed a few minor upgrades to the buildings, then condo'd out the buildings and primarily sold the condo's to out of state investors.  

We have separate ones for each, though we also have pondered an umbrella policy to a greater amount, like say ten million.

Waiting for the tenant to move, if they do then this work will comence.With that said, I pondered this evening on just getting through the process and thought to myself, "what happens after"?

I had pondered it but had heard from the gurus that we really didn't need it.

Great question @Jamie Wooley, I've been pondering that myself.

I spent a month pondering it and I should of spent 20 minutes on the phone hiring an attorney to make it happen.
