I have a good buddy in Columbus he is one of the top " players" there owing about 260 props, not bad for a 35-year-old.

Good evening I am looking to foster the best deals in los angeles county, for everybody buyers to sellers & I would like to start networking more meeting with more players in the game cash buyers sellers but also people in between in the community here and just start building more relationships any advice on where to go for meetup’s what social media groups to get into and things of that nature I would appreciate any comments :)!

Which one usually has more action, more players, more that I could watch, listen and learn from?

Ask if they've approached any of the regular commercial players like CBRE, ARA Apartments, Starwood Trust?

Meet the players, introduce yourself, get to know them, ask for cards, take them out to lunch.

He has recently passed, but he introduced me to many of the major players in town before I left Lex.

I would like to get to know players in this arena and start to build my team to expand into this area.I live out in Gold Canyon at the base of Superstitions with my wife and 2 kids.  

Keep learning as much as you can about your local market - see who the players are and try to connect with them.
