Have anyone heard or use pinpoint profits system by Ross Hamilton?

Ideally, I’d like to keep it as is and not add bathrooms due to rehab costs – but if it can significantly increase the ARV – then it may make sense.Would love to hear from anyone who has experience in the area or has some good tips as to how to better pinpoint where I will fall if I keep it as is considering the odd layout of the property.My goal is to flip the property and not to rent it out.

It would help me a lot to pin point my efforts if you have thought of everything you need and are ready to go.

If I can pinpoint the locations, a few holes to spray in the foam would be worth it.

This is when you get a general contractor who will walk with you to pinpoint any issues with the house and have the contractor give you quotes and repair estimates (preferable to have copy of this) and of course you want to pay him some fee.

I'm trying to pinpoint my direct mail marketing efforts and curious what other investors are doing.

It is hard to pinpoint where they come from but I have found a common factor in the rentals we have had them in.

I think, but am not sure, that I have pinpointed the flury as coming when towns update their assessment websites.

You can always just ask the owner and pinpoint what they really want then convince them that seller finance is better then having to manage property and tenants.
