Is $50k-$100k your targeted purchase price for a property or the amount of your down payment?

This felt like they were turning me into their money-making machine.If they’re charging $10K upfront, plus $200 per month, and taking 50% of the profits, why aren’t they putting in 50% of the work or covering 50% of the down payment?

I was told by her that you first have to put a down payment on a property in order to see the inside?

Then the rents would cover that payment plus the mortgage with cash left over.

This means sizeable monthly payments, but if utilizing with Value Add you can pay off the loan without a pre payment penalty at any time.Hope this helps!

Sounds a lot like this that I hear from dead beats all the time “ I was going to pay you but now that you demanded payment I’m insulted and not going to pay”.
