You can only use a handyman for jobs under $500 as I recall....which will exclude tile, drywall, insulation, paint and well pretty much everything.... 

Tile done, trim done, final painting happening as well. 

You may have asbestos in the ceiling, floors or siding and you may have lead in the paint.

Tips? 

You just have to deal with lead base paint inspections and random rental inspections now though.

One tip is that is a very tough state for flipping/investing too because of tough laws against lenders if needing to foreclose, just something to watch out for
