am working with them now and had the first policy (with Spinnaker) cancelled for nonpayment/late payment so we rewrote another policy (with Millenial) and having the same payment problem again but at least they are communicating that cancellation is coming. they want me to pay by credit card over the phone so the payment wont be late and cancelled again. but when i go to mycoverageinfo.com to check on status it shows its been paid.

Price point I'm not sure on yet, I've been slowly learning about all of these terms over the past month. 

This morning I evicted an inherited tenant in a building that I"ve now owned for just over a year. 

For cash flow, I'd recommend checking out the Triad (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point) or Fayetteville in NC and Sumter and Florence in SC.

On the first property, we sued and won a judgement of over $6,000 but I have not seen a penny and it's been over 18 months since the judgement.
