Don't get me wrong, it's not super easy to manage a property and tenants etc, but you could at least know which neighborhood you'd like to be in.

Our short-term residential investment property loans are typically 60-80% LTV and all are personally guaranteed by the borrower(s) -- we pull credit, background and PFS on each guarantor, verify experience, verify liquidity, underwrite the property, neighborhood and zip code.

I believe only a relatively small amount of people attempt liens and notes in the first place.By volume, the most dangerous are OOS BRRRR and OOS flips, especially in cheap and very cheap neighborhoods - well below the median price.

The item that I hate shopping for the most is dressers, and nothing else comes remotely close.

I've been in the market for a property in my agent's neighborhood, which is how we came to find him.

I doubt many tech workers are located in that neighborhood.
