Are you primarily motivated by the idea of ownership in the assets rather than someone else owning and managing it?

Same sort of concept with making an offer on real property, do you have your attorney make the offer?

Keep in mind a fulfillment company might rep  Tony Robbins and other motivational speakers and rep your wholesaling guru or fix and flip guru like Tarik and his X wife were doing.. 

Can I "cosign" for the loan to convince the bank to loan money to the builder (and if so require some sort of oversight from me for money to be dispersed to him?)? 

Sometimes starting a forecosure is what motivates a seller to redeem the tax lien.

I would prefer some a group of nice tenants getting some sort of government support.

I have my faith and I know it will happen but like you said, I need to focus on my credit and my finances and I’ve been in Work of doing that so I definitely see a bright future and Real Estate thank you for, this is exactly what I needed to motivate me.

I try my best to stay motivated and focused even though had a few rough experiences on other projects before with them.

Once we receive notice, in some sort of writing from the tenant, we move forward.

I’d rather they just pause distributions and pick back up once the “economic conditions” are sorted out.
