Would you do a You tube video on how to assign vs double closing with emphasis on assigning?

I didnt know we got ANY E55 AMG saloons in the states....good to know.As an ex race car engineer and ferrari challenge mechanic I spend some of my income on cars.

I would have an expert look at it to determine if this was due to dirty filters or just a general mechanical failure.

Unless you're on site and mechanically inclined I would stay away from it.  

So many people put way too much emphasis on other people telling them that a market is "doing great" for them. 

Gas station employees, mechanics, landscapers, and many others work in close proximity to petroleum products on a daily basis for decades and they don't experience health issues as long as they observe basic safety measures like washing their hands.

I figured it out by trial and error with an emphasis on minimizing the errors !!

We sub out all electrical, mechanicals, plumbing, and some exterior and flooring. 

One area of emphasis to improve cash flow is property management.
