You need to know how to analyze property and then systematically evaluate property on a daily or weekly basis to stay on top of the market. 

Over the years the only place I have lost money is the stock market.

The strategy may change, but every market can work.

The property was in a great market but needed a full cosmetic rehab and basement finish to add a bedroom and increase resale value.

I usually just google "market name" airbnb or short term regulations.

I plan to manage the properties myself until it conflicts with my regular job.I would appreciate any advice on these markets to ensure success and connect with local investors.
