I of course would need to look for the deals and do letter of intents on properties and find them and they would come with me to the closing table pulling out equity and then getting the cashflow.

Mainly because the opportunity to break into it, should not be available as much, as a software wallet.

Gotta respect the wise as long as they aren't cheating, lying, stealing or have malice intention.

If mass deportations were to actually happen, it could slightly ease demand, mainly in larger cities, but probably not enough to change rent rates.

But from my understanding, the captial gains exclusion has two main criterias - you must have owned the home in the last 2 to 5 years and must have lived in the home in the last 2 to 5 years. 

These small, inexpensive touches create a memorable and seamless guest experience.The key is to design with intention.
