I must be doing something right because I never attempt to generate leads, and I've been 100% successful so far! 

In the Southeast, Coolidge and Florence, where the path to progress is leading from San Tan Valley, and even way out West in the Buckeye and Goodyear areas are opportunities for growth.

We are frequent users of the Rental Property Calculator and have found a few promising leads thus far but also know that is just the beginning of the process.

Unfortunately this only leads to greater problems down the line because its not sustainable. 

This also leads owners to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.

Is Real Estate Bees a legitimate and good source for leads? 

If a landlord plans to hold the property for a while, we always recommend an annual lease, ending to align with the summer leading lesson, or staggered with their other leases depending on the situation.  

I can provide him with an online log in so he can review the books from his office.

Our property management company is 4 years old and nearly every lead we get is from referrals.

I would take Travis advice to heart as he is from the area.My advice was going to be to find an agent or PM or an investor who is making it work and follow their lead.
