Sorry for mentioning you three times, for some reason it wouldn't work on my phone, but I had no problem tagging you on my laptop!

You always get a few scammers, a few no shows, but I always text out reminder to them morning of or 2 hours before the meeting time, and block out times to show in about 2 hours, so its not a total waste of my time (ex. bring your laptop and work while waiting.)

I find it extremely cumbersome to try and use a laptop, so I am looking for an easy to use and preferably low cost app to manage potential sellers and my buyers list.

Shucks, I'm on my notebook and can't open a pdf kids laptop crashed and he's got mine at school!
