Looked into it a bit, and did a Zoom call with an Advisor of the company, but would like to know if anyone has first-hand knowledge. 

Please note I am not speaking about Grant Cardone from any first hand knowledge.  

Now some stayed with me and that was great but some learned that with a little bit of knowledge you can do it on your own.  

Attitude and professionalism are paramount; product knowledge next, and then there's your contact/follow-up systems.Put that together, price-test against the market, and you'll have a sustainable, constantly expanding, and very profitable venture.Good luck!

I have been doing a lot of research but still have a lot of questions I would like to run by someone that has some knowledge about commercial/multi-family real estate. 

I am a big believer in time and space creating more opportunities to make money in different ways, through passion projects or something you really love.

Many assumptions were made as to my knowledge, part due to my "rookie status" on the thread and part in that being the first deal being made. 

So many of the builds I've visited, some multiple times, seem to be frozen in time: the homes are dried-in (roof paper, windows and doors), tiled floors, drywall installed, and then a dead-stop.

When I did open my SDIRA back when, I had done a lot of research but I guess I missed the understanding or knowledge of banks also having SDIRAs.
