This is a cockroach infested house located in Cleveland Ohio.

I've always found this sense of entitlement (that you should be the one who governs how my money is spent) entertaining... especially since I grew up poor in a gang-infested neighborhood.Seriously - How can I take you seriously, if you can't conduct yourself in an adult fashion and (on top of that) lack any type of business sense?  

I treated my own live termite infestation successfully.

We've had to treat for termites before, but I don't believe there's a current infestation.  

I've never paid for termite prevention/monitoring (only treatment of active infestations on houses I've purchased). 

I worked my way through college as a plumber and have had a lifetime's fill of having raw sewage drip on my head or crawling through rodent-infested crawl spaces.

(In the inspection we just received, he found 9X9 asbestos tile flooring under the carpet, gas leaks from the furnace and water heater, leaking around the tub, squirrel infestations, termite trails, and old rotted wood siding among other problems.
