30-year fixed investment loans are pretty widely available, there are even some 40-year terms out there where the first 10 years are interest only.

The aesthetics are definitely a plus there are a couple of developers that have built incredibly beautiful properties in Tulum and are killing it with super high rates and high occupancy in locations that are not the best but they are rare.
