@Jonathan Feliciano Yes, you'll still have a monthly mortgage payment which would be inclusive of principal & interest and usually escrow for taxes and insurance.

Mortgages need income, not necessarily jobs.If the income is sufficient (inclusive of pension, social security, rental, etc), it'll be doable. 

@Alex Verdugo the inclusion of the security deposit in the closing cost was the owners way of transferring the responsibility of the security deposit to me.

Kinda like a all inclusive program for the RE investor.

It is unlikely that those numbers are all inclusive or even accurate.
