Is NOTHING sells for a refi appraisal price  I  mean nothing that appraisal is always high.. so when folks say hey I got a refi and it appraised at this and I now have this much equity that is also not true and wishful thinking..

Effective  12/1/2024 @ 12:01a the Louisville rental registry requires the 16 page Lead Hazard Evaluation form in addition to the Affidavit of Compliance. Don't forget about your LMRC# and your registration fee!

A lot of folks that work this are simply brokers and will make a fee for putting you together with Kiavi or lima one..

I spent years buying pre foreclosures and renting back to the folks i bought them from as after I rescued them.

@Bob Avery - agree on the need and real impact of offering to section 8 voucher holders - an aspect of the business we don't hear folks discussing very often.
